FAQ

Got a question? We've probably answered it below. If not, drop us a line at hello@bringinsashybax.fun.

The ceremony takes place on the lawn at Athol Hall, outdoors, weather permitting. If it rains, we'll move everything inside so you'll be covered either way. The reception is indoors regardless.
Street parking is available near the warm-up in Seaforth and the recovery in Freshwater. For the wedding, there's a public car park on Bradleys Head Road, though spaces are limited. We'd recommend Ubering for all three — it's the most stress-free option!
Guests are responsible for their own transport between events. Budget for Ubers—they're reliable and the easiest option. If you're trying to keep costs down, staying around Manly or Mosman puts you close to all three venues and keeps rides short.
We wish! The venue legally has to wrap at midnight, so the night officially ends there. For those who want to keep going, the city is your best bet. Here are some late-night options worth checking out. Fair warning: the northern beaches will be pretty quiet after midnight, so plan your exit accordingly.
Please RSVP by 1 October 2026. If you need a little more time, just shoot us a message at hello@bringinsashybax.fun and we'll make a note.
We'll be in touch closer to the wedding to collect dinner course preferences and any dietary requirements. We'll make sure everyone is taken care of!

The warm-up and recovery are absolutely kid-friendly! The wedding ceremony and reception is adults-only, with the exception of immediate family.

If you need childcare at any point during the weekend, our wedding planner recommends Abracadabra Childcare. We suggest coordinating with other families to share the cost.

Your presence is genuinely the gift, we mean it! We're putting together a registry for those who'd like to contribute something, which we'll share closer to the date.
